Return & Refund Policy

Because we sell fresh food products, we handle returns and refunds differently from non-perishable goods. Please review the following policy before purchasing:

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on tortillas, totopos, salsas, or any other perishable food items.

Refunds

We only issue refunds in cases where:

  • The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or incorrect AND

  • You provide valid proof, such as photos, videos, or the order receipt.

If your refund request is approved, we will process it back to your original method of payment. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at media@latortilleria.com.au within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number or receipt

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo/video proof of the problem

Requests submitted without proof will not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
